ABOUT US

LUCHS.US consists of a label and a production company. We create our own EVENTS, research new forms of presentation and develop our own soft- and hardware for visual and auditive productions. LUCHS.US also offers its KNOW-HOW to companies. All of our services are based on the creation of individual purpose statements. The artistic aspect of our work is only preserved by answering the question "WHY".

KREIS WHY WEISS.png

We first ask the question of meaning, because this is where we draw our artistic inspiration and motivation. The “WHY” is our key to “How we do” and “What we do”. In this way, our end product adds value and makes sense.

KREIS PURPOSE WEISS.png

The purpose statement defines the deeper meaning of our projects in one sentence and thus becomes tangible.

By communicating what we believe in and what we stand for, we as a community of values create the basis for loyalty and trust.

PHILOSOPHY

Form value communities through the deeper meaning

Our society is drifting apart. We are increasingly losing the places and opportunities to exchange ideas. Spaces that enable us to experience and understand the world through the eyes of different interest groups with different opinions and views hardly exist. In this way we lose more and more the ability to tolerate, empathize and the ability to discuss. We unintentionally encourage distrust, misunderstanding, fear and anti-democratic tendencies.

Cultural institutions that serve as a mirror of society are no longer at the center of our society. Many people feel strange there.

LUCHS.US would like to counteract these trends.

We integrate. We promote communication, discussion, exchange and empathy. We believe in community. Listening to and allowing other opinions. We believe in togetherness and fight the forces that divide our society:

Isolation and loneliness, manipulation and prejudice.

DAS LUCHS.US NETZWERK

At the age of just 27, Sebastian Welker was Germany's youngest opera director. He directed a large number of productions at state, state and city theaters. Thanks to his many years of experience in the field of opera directing, he has on the one hand the ability to tell emotional stories creatively and artistically. On the other hand, he has the qualification to manage and implement projects in these dimensions. His enthusiasm and his imagination sweep both employees and viewers away and make his productions a unique experience.

With the newly created productions of LUCHS.US that are rich in forms, he builds spectacular bridges across genres that lead art back into the middle of society.

Our network consists of people who work in a wide variety of areas, from the film, theater, dance, musical and opera scene, from philosophy, and the visual and performing arts. LUCHS.US employs programmers, designers and technicians. Depending on the project, we bring together the required resources and the appropriate lynxes.

Babylon ORCHESTRA The Babylon ORCHESTRA has been actively contributing to promoting musical exchange between Orient and Occident since the beginning of 2016. The idea of founding the orchestra came to them when they were looking for a very personal answer and reaction to a changing world in connection with the Syrian crisis.
